The seed coating agent is characterized by comprising two effective components A and B, wherein the effective component A is spirotetramat; the effective component B comprises at least one of fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M, tebuconazole, azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, metconazole, kresoxim-methyl, trifloxystrobin, fluoxastrobin, benthiavalicarb-isopropyl, quinoxyfen, penthiopyrad, prothioconazole, silthiopham, orysastrobin, epoxiconazole, triticonazole and thifluzamide; the ratio of the effective component A to the effective component B in parts by weight is equal to (1:30)-(30:1); the total content of the effective components in parts by weight accounts for 0.1-60% of the total amount of the whole preparation in parts by weight; the seed coating agent also comprises the balance of auxiliary component. The seed coating agent takes the spirotetramat with low toxicity as the main component of an insecticide, thus forming an efficient, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity and environment-friendly novel bactericide or is compounded into a main component of the bactericide; therefore, the consumption of pesticide is reduced, the control effect is improved, and the control spectrum is expanded.
