Caracterización de la práctica docente en Morfofisiología Humana I y II

Se realizo una investigacion con el objetivo de caracterizar la practica docente en las asignaturas Morfofisiologia Humana I y II en los estados andinos de Venezuela. Fueron observadas 70 practicas docentes y el comportamiento de 300 estudiantes mediante una guia de observacion disenada al efecto, se realizo ademas una encuesta cerrada a 380 profesores y fueron entrevistados 9 informantes clave, se revisaron documentos y bibliografias que permitieron delimitar el problema cientifico, justificar el estudio y fundamentarlo teoricamente; el diseno metodologico se estructuro basado en la triangulacion de metodos teoricos, empiricos y procedimientos estadisticos. Se evidenciaron aspectos positivos en la organizacion general, disciplina de profesores y estudiantes, desarrollo de valores y aspectos metodologicos generales de la practica docente. Se identificaron dificultades que influyen en la calidad de la actividad docente centradas en: la vinculacion teorico-practica y clinico-basica, basadas en patrones patologicos, insuficiente realizacion de tareas docentes y algunas insuficiencias en la preparacion de la practica. A research was made to characterize the teaching practice in the subjects Human Morphophysiology I and II in the Andean states of Venezuela. Seventy teaching practices and the behavior of 300 students were observed by an observation guide designed to this end. A closed survey was done among 380 professors and 9 key informers were interviewed. Documents and bibliofgraphies that allowed to define the scientific problem, to justify the study and to found it theoretically; were reviewed. The methodological design was structured based on the triangulation of theoretical and empirical methods, as well as on statistical procedures. Positive aspects were evidenced in the general organization, discipline of professors and students, the development of general methodological values and aspects of teaching practice. There were identified some difficulties influencing on the quality of the teaching activity centered on: theoretical-practical and clinical-basic link based on pathologic patterns, an insufficient performance of the teaching tasks, and some deficiencies in the preparation of practice.
