The invention provides a blood sugar management method based on the Internet of Things. The blood sugar management method comprises the following steps: blood sugar acquisition equipment uploads the measured blood sugar data of a user to a blood sugar data acquisition management server; the blood sugar data acquisition management server sends blood sugar data to the blood sugar management service platform of a medical service mechanism; the blood sugar management service platform automatically intervenes in the blood sugar control of the user according to an analysis result; a doctor inquires the obtained blood sugar data of the user through a blood sugar management service platform, provides blood sugar management service according to the blood sugar data, and intervenes in the blood sugar control of the user; and the user inquires and receives automatic intervention provided by the blood sugar management service platform and manual intervention provided by the doctor through mobile equipment. Compared with the prior art, the blood sugar management method has the following advantages that the data acquisition of the blood sugar is not limited to medical mechanisms, measured data is transmitted in real time through a wireless network, a historical measurement data result can be inquired at any time and place, and data support is provided for users to carry out self-management on the blood sugar.
