Traumatic suprachoroidal dislocation of crystalline lens

ABSTRACT We report a patient with traumatic suprachoroidal dislocation of crystalline lens in the absence of scleral rupture, retinal tear or detachment. Histopathological confirmation of diagnosis is provided, as well as the surgical approach for removal of dislocated lens from the suprachoroidal space.
