Cajeput fiberboard and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cajeput fiberboard. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out chipping: chipping cajeput into wood chips, wherein the wood chips are smaller than 3mm in thickness and have the moisture content being 40-50%; (2) carrying out stewing: stewing the wood chips to soften the wood chips, wherein the stewing is performed for 5min at the temperature of 160-170 DEG C under the pressure of 0.6-0.9MPa; (3) carrying out hot grinding: placing the stewed wood chips into hot grinding equipment for hot grinding to obtain wood fibers; and (4) spraying paraffin and gum on the wood fibers obtained in (3), then drying the wood fibers, paving the wood fibers into a board billet, prepressing the board billet and then thermally pressing the pre-pressed board billet by a thermal pressing machine to obtain the cajeput fiberboard. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the cajeput is adopted as a raw material for preparing the fiberboard for the first time, and the fiberboard with excellent strength and water tolerance can be obtained by combining process conditions after repeated researches. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses the cajeput fiberboard prepared by adopting the method.
