Method for cultivating black edible fungus using kailyard stalk

The invention pertains to a method to grow mushroom, providing a black fungus growing method by replacing sawdust bags with crop straws collected from vegetable gardens. The culture medium takes green-bean seedling, eggplant seedling and pumpkin seedling as main materials; a small amount of bran, cane sugar, gypsum powder and calcium superphosphate are added; the growing method includes the steps of material mixing, water adding, mixing, material moistening, bagging, sterilization, cooling, inoculation, fungus cultivation and sprouting, opening and management before and after germination. The material batching method and the growing method ensure rapid sprouting of the black fungus, free of bacterium contamination, uniform sprouting and high yield. The yield is 1-3 times of the yield achieved by the traditional growing method based on sawdust, and the cost is low.
