While examination of pathology of anhepatic biliary tracts surgical treatment is advisable to conduct in two stages: the first is endoscopic correction of discovered pathology and the second is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Invented two-stage tactics of treatment of patients with cholelithiasis in combination with benign pathology of anhepatic biliary tracts was resulted in decreasing of postoperative morbidity more than twice for last 10 years.
