表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)对安氏伪镖水蚤的急性毒性研究

2010
In order to explore the effect of component of surfactant on the copepod, we evaluated the acute toxicity of Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to the Pseudodiaptomus annandalei Sewell, which distributes widely in the seacoast and estuary. Results showed that the 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h LC50 values of SDBS for the female were 2.40, 1.67, 1.59 and 1.58mg•L^(-1), respectively. And the 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h LC50 values of SDBS for the male were 1.84, 1.54, 1.41 and 1.40mg•L^(-1), respectively. In the same way, the 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h LC50 values of SDS for the female were 54.33, 30.85, 25.21 and 15.85mg•L^(-1), respectively. And the 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h LC50 values of SDS for the male were 18.48, 13.55, 10.51 and 8.50mg•L^(-1), respectively. The results indicated that the safe concentration values of SDBS to the female and the male were 0.24 and 0.32mg•L^(-1), and values of SDS were 2.98 and 2.19mg•L^(-1), respectively. The results also indicated that the male was more sensitive than the female to either SDBS or SDS. At the same time, toxicity of SDBS was higher than that of SDS to P. annandalei according to LC50.
