New high-chromium alloy cast iron surfacing material

2011
The invention relates to a new high-chromium alloy cast iron surfacing material, belonging to the technology of metallurgy machining. The new high-chromium alloy cast iron surfacing material has the following technical scheme that the surfacing deposited metal comprises the following chemical ingredients in percentage by weight: 2.8-3.0wt% of C, 19.5-20.5wt% of Cr, 1.90-2.50wt% of Ni, 0.80-1.20wt% of Mn, 1.45-1.65wt% of Si, 0.45-0.65wt% of Mo, 1.20-1.50wt% of Ti, 2.40-2.60wt% of Nb, 0.002-0.015wt% of B, 0.02-0.05wt% of RE, less than or equal to 0.035 of S and less than or equal to 0.040wt% of P. The addition of C, Cr, Ni, Mn, Mo, Si and the like is optimized to enhance the support on Cr7C3 carbide by a matrix; Ti, Nb, B and RE are added for deterioration processing, crystal particle refining and multielement microalloying; and therefore, the anticracking ability of the surfacing metal is improved, and the abrasive resistance of the surfacing metal is improved.
