WASTE HEATERS REDUCE COSTS, INCREASE SAFETY

The transit industry is making moves to protect the environment through the removal of harmful pollutants that effect our water, soil, and air. Many maintenance facilities servicing fleets of vehicles encounter the headaches of motor oil disposal. This article discusses one solution for reuse of used motor oil: waste oil heaters, which use a clean burning process to convert used oils into heat, vary in size from 140,000 to 500,000 BTUs and meet the Environmental Protection Agency standards.
