Comprehensive Evaluation of the Technology Innovation Capability of Pharmaceutical Industry in Sichuan Province

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the technology innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry in Sichuan province and to offer some suggestions for the development of pharmaceutical industry in Sichuan.METHODS:Comprehensive evaluation index system of technology innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry was established and factor analysis and cluster analysis were performed.RESULTSCONCLUSIONS:Scientific research level of Sichuan pharmaceutical industry is relatively high,but investment in technology innovation,manpower and government funding were insufficient,the technology transfer capability is low and the internal expenditure structure of the scientific funds is irrational.
