A new method of bio-informational matrix analysis of interattractor distances is presented, providing, in particular, the comparison of psychophysiological functions at pupils' under different ecological condition. It is proved that before arrival to recreation Zone of Russian South in the spring and after their rest the values of quasiattractor shifts in phase space of states are significant, which qualitatively and quantitatively characteriZes the effect of sanitary measures.
