A manual displacement of a rod

The invention relates to a manual displacement device (1) of a rod (2) associated with an operating mechanism (20). The main characteristic of a device according to the invention is that it comprises a handle (3) able to be fasten without tool to the rod (2) by means of a manual tightening force around thereof.
