Process for the functionalization of a solid substrate in a substrate or by specific chemical compounds

The invention relates to a method of functionalizing an electrically conductive substrate which is not a gold substrate by a layer of chemical compounds, comprising the following steps: -a step of contacting the conductive substrate electricity with chemical compounds comprising at least one disulfide terminal group; -a electrooxidation step disulfide terminal group of said chemical compounds whereby said chemical compounds form a layer on the surface of the electrically conductive substrate.
