Chemical Constituents from the Fruits of Dipteronia sinensis Oliv.

In order to research the continents of the fruits of Dipteronia sinensis,we isolated four triterpenoids(1-4) and a steroid(5) from the EtOH extracts of the fruits of D.sinensis by various chromatographic techniques.By spectroscopic and chemical methods,their structures were elucidated as erythrodiol(1),28-hydroxy-12-oleanen-3-one(2),erythrodiol 3-O-palmitate(3),lupenone(4) and stigmast-4-en-3-one(5).All compounds were discovered from D.sinensis for the first time.
