Узкоспектральная видеоэндоскопия в диагностике деструктивных изменений слизистой оболочки желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки у детей

The data of analysis of features of the endoscopic diagnosis using digital video endoscopy and electronic chromoscopy are presented. The descriptive characteristics of ulcerative lesions of the mucous membranes of the upper digestive tract in various forms of somatic pathology in children are established. During performing endoscopic examination of gastric and duodenal mucosa with the use of narrow-band imaging endoscopy, the efficiency of diagnosis of destructive changes increased by 18% compared to conventional endoscopic examination.
