Ratio optimization of lead-removing products by orthogonal test.

Objective To optimize the ratio of lead-removing products.Methods With the lead-removing rate as an index,the ratio of mung bean powder,Lycium chinensis Mill powder,jujube powder and licorice powder was optimized by an orthogonal test.Results and Conclusion The optimal ratio of lead-removing products was 8:6.25:7.5:2.5 of mung bean powder:Lycium chinensis Mill powder:jujube powder:licorice powder.
