ALGUNAS ACCIONES IMPLEMENTADAS EN MEXICO POR EL CAMBIO CLIMATICO Y SU PERSPECTIVA FUTURA

El presente documento muestra algunas de las acciones y medidas implementadas en la infraestructura carretera en el Sector Transporte, las que han sido identificadas como acciones de mitigacion y adaptacion al cambio climatico y para la reduccion de GEI y CO2 tanto en Mexico como en otros paises. Se presentan los siguientes casos: implementacion de materiales reciclados en mezclas asfalticas (RAP) en un tramo de prueba; calculo de la huella de carbono en un proyecto de infraestructura; manejo de biotecnologia en conservacion de vegetacion en taludes; innovacion en asfaltos bloqueadores de radiacion solar, para la disminucion del calor en carpetas asfalticas; y, finalmente, el instrumento normativo reciente en materia ambiental en el pais. El trabajo concluye con recomendaciones para futuros analisis y perspectivas en Mexico. Se incluyen figuras. Abstract : This document shows some of the actions and measures being undertaken in road infrastructure in the Transport Sector, identified as mitigation and adaptation to climate change and reducing GHG and CO2, in Mexico and other countries, those cases are the following: the implementation of recycled asphalt mixtures (RAP) in a test section, the calculation of the carbon footprint in an infrastructure project, management of biotechnology in conservation of vegetation on slopes; innovation in asphalt solar radiation blockers, to reduce heat in pavement and finally the recent regulatory instrument in the country about environmental. It concludes with recommendations for future analysis and prospects in Mexico. Included figures.
