The invention relates to a universal concealed shower control mechanism which comprises an pre-embedded box, a locking block, a water inlet control assembly, a water outlet control assembly and a special-shaped rubber gasket, wherein the pre-embedded box is fixed on a solid wall surface, a hollow wall, a carrier system, a mounting plate or a mounting rail through expansion screws; the locking block is clamped in the middle of the outside of the pre-embedded box; the water inlet control assembly is arranged in the pre-embedded box; the water outlet control assembly is connected to the upper part of the water inlet control assembly; and the special-shaped rubber gasket is arranged at the top part of the pre-embedded box. Compared with the prior art, by using the universal concealed shower control mechanism provided by the invention, under the condition of not removing components such as a pre-embedded body and the pre-embedded box and the like, various different water outlet modes can be transformed through replacing main pre-embedded function block bodies with different functions; and meanwhile, the installation of the mechanism is convenient and simple. The cost is saved greatly.
