Affection mechanism of the patent fees subsidy policy implemented by government upon technological innovation in China

This paper,based on the condition of executing of the patent fees subsidy policy and functioning of the patent system in China,analyzed the affection mechanism of the patent fees subsidy policy implemented by government upon technological innovation,considered this policy affect the technological innovation through affecting the functioning of patent system directly,and explored how this policy promote or hold back the technological innovation in China.
