Tendências inovadoras da Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento na produção científica da Ciência da Informação

Analyzes the scientific production on Information and Knowledge Management published in the annals of Working Group 4 of the National Research Meeting in Information Science and in the journal Perspectives in Management & Knowledge in the years 2018 and 2019, with the purpose of comparing the results and learn about the innovative trends of the studied topic. Methodologically, as for nature, this research is characterized as exploratory, descriptive, with a quantitative and qualitative approach and a documentary type study carried out in the web environment. To organize the data, it adopts the content analysis method. By identifying the context units and units of record of the relevant indicators in the texts of the analyzed scientific production and by comparing these results, he concludes that the trends for innovative approaches are focused on knowledge sharing, organizational learning, organizational culture and network relationships.
