A method for preparing phenylalanine lactate

The present invention discloses a method for preparing a phenylalanine lactate, said method phenylalanine and lactic acid was first generated phenylalanine and phenylalanine acid chloride using thionyl chloride, then by amphetamine hydroxy chloride and esterification of lactic acid, lactic acid generating phenylalanine ester hydrochloride, and then successively with saturated sodium carbonate solution was precipitated, extracted with dichloromethane, washed with saturated saline water, washed with distilled water, drying agent and rotary evaporation of solvent was removed hydrochloride. Finally, molecular distillation was purified by two phenylalanine acid ester, up to 95% purity of the product. The method of the present invention is mild reaction conditions, high yields of the desired product, simple preparation process, green, widely sources of raw materials, purified by means of separation advanced, high product purity, easy to realize industrial production and use.
