The invention provides a three-dimensional oscillating high-energy ball mill. The three-dimensional oscillating high-energy ball mill is novel and unique in structure, stable, reliable and high in efficiency by adopting the one-machine two-tank structure. When small arms rotate by one circle, ball-milling balls in ball-milling tanks complete the reciprocating shock motion from left to right, from front to back and from top to bottom, namely the three-dimensional reciprocating oscillating shock motion once; the higher the rotation speed of a driven shaft is, the higher the frequency of shock completed in unit time is; the greater the included angle alpha is, the higher the shock speed is, and the higher the grinding efficiency is. Because the ball-milling tanks are installed horizontally, fixed bottom surfaces are avoided in the rotation process, the upper bottom surfaces, the lower bottom surfaces and the walls of the ball-milling tanks are grinding surfaces, and therefore the grinding efficiency is improved, and the problem that partial materials sink to the bottoms is well solved. Existing ball mills do not have the function of adjusting the vibration amplitude. According to the three-dimensional oscillating high-energy ball mill, the rotation speed can be adjusted through a frequency converter; by adjusting the included angle between the small arms and the axis line, the vibration amplitude can be adjusted, and both the speed and the force of grinding can be adjusted. By using the three-dimensional oscillating high-energy ball mill, high-quality powder materials can be obtained.
