A ROUGH SETAPPROACH FOR VIDEODEINTERLACING

A deinterlacing algorithm that isbased onroughsettheory isresearched andapplied. Inthis paper, roughsets serve as atool fordataanalysis andknowledge discovery fromtest sequences. Theproposed deinterlacing approach employs a sizereduction ofthedatabase system, keeping onlythe essential information fortheprocess. Thisapproach automatically selects thebestdeinterlacing approach.
