The automatic magnetic force chain hanging device comprises a conveying mechanism, an attracting device and a control mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a lifting hook and a cable; a spring piece is arranged at an opening of the lifting hook; a first end of the spring piece is movably connected with the neck of the lifting hook; the attracting device comprises an attracting box and an electromagnetic coil; the attracting box is a hollow shell, and at least one surface is an arc surface sinking towards the inside of the box body; the electromagnetic coil is arranged in the attracting box, and is arranged at one side, near the arc surface, in the attracting box; one end of the attracting box is fixedly connected with the neck of the lifting hook; the cable penetrates through the inside of the attracting box; the control mechanism comprises a laser distance measurer for sensing the distance between the conveying mechanism and goods to be conveyed, and a controller electrically connected with the electromagnetic coil; the laser distance measurer is arranged on the outer side of the attracting box; and the controller is arranged on a console of the overhead crane.
