Method and system for spraying and maintaining wall structure

The invention provides a method and a system for spraying and maintaining a wall structure. The method includes steps of 1), spraying the wall structure by water straightaway after the wall structure is constructed by means of pouring, setting measuring points A, B and C and regularly measuring the temperatures of the measuring points A, B and C to acquire temperature values T , T and T of the measuring points A, B and C; 2), computing temperature gradients delta according to an equation of delta=l(T -T )l/l(H -H )l; 3), computing an average temperature T of a wall at a moment t according to an equation of t=(T +T +T )/3, and computing a temperature fall rate phi according to an equation of phi =(T -T )/(t2-t1); 4), reducing the quantity of water sprayed on the wall structure or stopping spraying the water on the wall structure when the temperature gradients delta are larger than a preset value; 5), reducing the quantity of the water sprayed on the wall structure when the average temperature T of the wall is close to or equal to a peak value; 6), covering the wall by perforated films, spraying the wall by a small quantity of water and stopping spraying the water on the wall when the temperature fall rate phi are larger than a preset value. The method and the system have the advantage that the maximum water thermalization temperature rise value, the temperature difference and excessive temperature fall rate are reduced, so that cracking of the wall can be efficiently prevented in real time.
