Memory System Design in SoC Real-time Digital Signal Processing System

In real time digital signal processing system, the data always are accessed both in row and in column.General DDR SDRAM system can not fit the real time request. In the real time digital signal processing system based on SoC,new memory system is designed.The whole memory access efficiency of the new memory system is as 2 or 3 times as that of general DDR system.
