The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical hyperuricemia and gout. In particular, the present invention relates to a class of (URATl) inhibitors, and method for preparing a carboxylic acid urate transporter diarylmethane structure, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in the preparation of the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout application. Wherein, R is selected from H, C-C alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group of C-C, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, NO, SR or OR; R is selected from H, F, Cl, Br or I ; R is selected from H or alkyl C-C; X is selected from S or CH; wherein R is selected from C-C alkyl group.
