PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE

This research imed to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on the firm value of Property andReal Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. While, liquidity was measured byCurrent Ratio (CR), leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability was measured byReturn On Equity (ROE). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique usedproposive sampling. Furthermore, the population was 48 Property and Real Estate companies. In line with, therewere 10 companies as sample. Additionally, the data were in the form of financial statment which taken frombalance sheet and income statment. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression withSPSS 25.0. According to the research result, from hypotesis test, it concluded liqudity had positive butinsignificant effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, leverage had negative and insignificant effect on the firmvalue. On the other hand, profitability had positive and significant effect on the firm value.Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Firm Value
