Получение и молекулярный состав комплекса включения дисульфирама с гидроксипропил-β-циклодекстрином

2016
A new method is proposed for obtaining an inclusion complex based on disulfiram and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), which can be used for cataract treatment. It is established that, in order to obtain a soluble inclusion complex, the initial molar ratio of HP-β-CD to disulfiram must be no less than 2:1, whereas the molar ratio of components in the complex is 1:1. The average hydrodynamic size of HP-β-CD molecules and the inclusion complex was determined by GPC method. The molecular weight in both cases was calculated to be 1.0 kDa. The scheme of equilibrium inclusion complex is proposed.
