The control unit (7) is adapted to produce a varying load in the transmitting device (4) in the first communication network (2) and thereby modulate a message. The receiving device (5) comprises a sensor unit (6) which is adapted to detect the message by detecting a signal dependent on the varying load, varying the value of a state amount of an electronic component of the transmitting unit and the message (to the second communication network 3 ) forward.
