中晚期胃癌介入干预前后血清MG7-Ag、sIL-6R、VEGF的变化

2011
Objective To investigate the levels of MG7-Ag、sIL-6R、VEGF in serum before and after transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization in patients with advanced gastric. Methods 30 patients who were treated with interventional treatment and 20 patients who were treated with intravenous chemotherapy. Fasting venous blood (5 ml) were collected from 50 cases with clinical in the morning, respectively on the 1st day before the treatment, the 1st, two weeks and the 1st, four weeks after treatment. The serm were static for 30 minutes, rotated for 10 minutes with 3000 r/min. At low temperature, the serum was separated and stored in -70℃, MG7-Ag、sIL-6R、VEGF was detected with ELISA, observed the changes of MG7-Ag、sIL-6R、VEGF. Results Serum MG7-Ag、sIL-6R levels at the 1st day before the TACE, at the 1st day, two weeks, and four weeks after the treatment was significantly decreased. At the 1st day, two weeks and 1st day, four weeks operation when compared with 1st before operation, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). It significantly decreased 1st four weeks compared with 1st two weeks after operation, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Serum MG7-Ag、sIL-6R levels decreased after interventional treatment, it significantly decreased four weeks compared with 1st day before interventional treatment. There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), sIL-6R significantly decreased 1st four weeks compared with 1st two weeks after the treatment, however MG7-Ag、VEGF there was not statistically significant difference 1st four weeks compared with 1st two weeks after the treatment. The level of Serum MG7-Ag、sIL-6R changed more obviously after the interventional treatment compared with the intravenous chemotherapy, there was statistically significant difference. (F=4.356, P=0.042<0.05、F=4.078, P=0.049<0.05, F=4.389, P=0.041<0.05). Conclusion To observe changes in serum MG7-Ag、sIL-6R、VEGF before and after transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization in patients with advanced gastric cancer. The level of Serum MG7-Ag、sIL-6R changed more obviously after the interventional treatment compared with the intravenous chemotherapy, so the serum MG7-Ag, VEGF, sIL-6R levels play an important role in advanced gastric cancer patients as reflecting the curative effect of treatment and the prognosis of the disease.
