The invention provides a fan and a fan control method and system. The fan comprises a detection unit, a communication unit and a control unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting environmental information; the communication unit is used for receiving biological information of a human body from external equipment; and the control unit is used for controlling operation of a fan motor according to the temperature condition determined based on the environmental information, the effective working range of the fan and the human body state determined based on the biological information of the human body. By means of the fan and the fan control method and system, operational control of the fan can be conducted in a more-intelligentized manner; waste of electric energy is reduced; and comfort level experience of users is promoted.
