Метастазы меланомы без выявленного первичного очага

Features of clinical current and remote results of treatment of 38 patients with skin melanoma metastasis without determined primary location (SMMWPL) are studied. It was found out, that this form of melanoma prevails in female, with equal distribution in groin and axilar lymphatic nodes. High frequency of metastasis of non-pigment melanoma is revealed. Prognosis in case of SMMWPL is more unfavorable, in comparison with skin melanoma and synchronic metastasis of lymphatic nodes.
