The changes and clinical significance of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in 16 patients with corona virus disease 2019/ 新型冠状病毒肺炎患者16例外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及意义

2020
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets in patients with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) Methods T lymphocyte subsets were detected by using flow cytometry in 16 COVID-19 patients The effects of Thymalfasin on T cell subsets were analyzed Results Compared with the control group, the white blood cell, lymphocyte and absolute count of CD4 + T lymphocyte were significantly reduced No significant change in the percentage of lymphocyte or granulocyte was observed No significant change in the absolute count of CD8 + T lymphocyte or ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + was observed Compared with the no-Thymalfasin group, the absolute counts of CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte were significantly increased in Thymalfasin group No significant difference in the nucleic acid reversion time was observed between the 32 groups Conclusion The absolute count of peripheral blood lymphocyte and CD4 + T lymphocyte decrease, and use of Thymalfasin may be helpful for recovery of COVID -19
