The invention relates to the energy exploration field, and provides a compact glutenite gas reservoir quantificational prediction method. The method comprises the following steps: a geologic model of practical geologic features of a research region is established; A prestack geostatistics inversion parameter, impedance probability distribution and a variation function are obtained through analysis of drilling wells in a work area, and based on the geologic model, combined with lithofacies data, logging data and earthquake data, a geologic body and a probability body are obtained after calculation in a Markov chain Monte Carlo method. Through establishment of the glutenite gas reservoir geologic model and a rock physical model, drilling well transverse wave data is obtained, and through analysis of the gas reservoir characteristics, the earthquake sensitive parameter of the gas reservoir is obtained. By utilization of the inversion technology, the concrete geologic body and probability body are obtained, and the technical problems are solved that the earthquake vertical resolution is low, impedances of gas reservoir and surrounding rocks are superposed and the compact glutenite gas reservoir prediction precision is not high. The prediction method lowers the solution multiplicity of earthquake reservoir prediction.
