Mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Findings showed that business education students are not utilizing social software technologies to self - regulate their learning and to develop their self - regulated le arning strategies. The researchers recommended among others that; business education lecturers should incorporate social software technologies in instructional delivery. This is because their students must learn to use these technologies that workers use i n professional careers. Failing to do so will widen already existing gap between industry and university education.
