The utility model relates to the field of DC-DC changeover in power generation, power transformation and power distribution, in particular to a converter which converts a single-supply boosting DC-DC to a dual-supply boosting DC-DC. Wherein, a positive single-supply boosting integrated circuit module introduces a high-frequency signal in a single power supply into a negative dual voltage rectification module by capacity coupling. Thereby, the single-supply boosting DC-DC converter is converted to the dual-supply boosting DC-DC converter, which is simple and compact in circuit structure and low in cost.
