Innovating Ideological and Political Education of Colleges and Promoting University Students' Successful Employment

Ideological and political education is the core of the quality of university student employment.This paper analyzes the important role of ideological and political education in improving the employment quality of university students and promoting their successful employment.Furthermore, this paper illustrates seven methods of innovating ideological and political education of colleges,that is,ideological and political education should combine with vocational guidance,the reality of students' employment,the individual education and collective education,family education,school education and social education,and diversified educational means.
