Welded joint and method for producing welded joint

2015
Provided is a welded joint having high strength and excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance characteristics. The welded joint is obtained by welding a base metal using a welding material. The chemical composition of the base metal satisfies formula (1) and contains, in terms of mass%, 0.005-0.1% of C, not more than 1.2% of Si, 2.5-6.5% of Mn, 8-15% of Ni, 19-25% of Cr, 0.01-4.5% of Mo, 0.01-0.5% of V, 0.01-0.5% of Nb, less than 0.05% of Al, 0.15-0.45% of N, not more than 0.02% of O, not more than 0.05% of P and not more than 0.04% of S, with the remainder consisting of iron and impurities. The chemical composition of the welding material satisfies formulas (1) and (2). Ni+0.65Cr+0.98Mo+1.05Mn+0.35Si+12.6C ≥ 29 (1), 0.31C+0.048Si-0.02Mn-0.056Cr+0.007Ni-0.013Mo ≤ -1.0 (2)
