The invention relates to a 7-xylosyltaxonoglycosyl hydrolase, the amino acid sequences of which comprise at least 8 amino acid sequences disclosed as SEQ ID NO:2. The invention also relates to a nucleotide sequence for coding the 7-xylosyltaxonoglycosyl hydrolase, and an expression vector and host cell containing the nucleotide sequence. The invention also relates to application of the 7-xylosyltaxonoglycosyl hydrolase or host cell containing the 7-xylosyltaxonoglycosyl hydrolase in removing xylosyl group and/or glucosyl group by hydrolysis.
