Bilateral pulmonary artery aneurysm in Behcet's disease

, et al., Bilateral pulmo .1016/j.injr.2015.02.005 Investigatory reports were haemoglobin 11.5 g/dl, Erythrocyte Sediment Ratio (ESR) 87 mm/h, C reactive protein (CRP) 20.79 mg/L and serum creatinine 0.41 mg/dl. A diagnosis of Behcet's disease (BD) was made and he was treated with prednisolone (10mg/day) and azathioprine (50mg/day). There was initial clinical improvement but subsequently he developed recurrent haemoptysiswhile hewas still on azathioprine and prednisolone. CT Pulmonary angiographywas done.
