Riesgo y vulnerabilidad del patrimonio natural y ambiental en espacios rurales de Brasil

The marginalization of the questions involving the natural patrimony, especially in relation to the institutional practice is causing irreparable damages environment, mainly in rural spaces of Vale do Rio Pardo. This study being based on the concepts of environment, natural and cultural patrimony, historical and legislative aspects tries to contextualize and to foment the analytical refl ection respect to the areas of preservation of the natural atmosphere in rural spaces. The analyzed space is the Cinturao Verde, area of environmental preservation located in the city of Santa Cruz do Sul, Vale do Rio Pardo. The analysis refers to the forms of use and occupation of 248 WANDERLEIA ELIZABETH BRINCKMANN, JOANA TARTARI KLEIN Y MICHELE PEIXOTO FRIEDRICH this ecosystem from the creation of an APA Area of Ambient Protection and the consequences of the intensifi cation of the real estate expansion in one of the last surpluses of Atlantic Rainforest in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
