Oscillator multi-mode allowing simultaneous monitoring of several variations of resonant frequencies of a resonator

Oscillator (100) multi-mode comprising: - a resonator (10) comprising: • a movable member (12); • actuating means (18, 20) of the movable member according to two modes of symmetric and antisymmetric resonance; • a plurality of detection elements (22, 24, 26, 28) of displacement of the movable member; - polarization means (101) of the sensing elements by signals phase shifted with respect to each other; - a first computing device (102) performing a first operation retaining the frequency components of the first mode and canceling those of the second embodiment; - a second computing device (108) performing a second operation retaining the frequency components of the second mode and canceling those of the first embodiment; and wherein the resonator and the computing devices form two self-oscillating loops by simultaneously resonance oscillator in both modes.
