The dynamic ion flow detection system comprises a 3D microscope, a micro electrode, a signal amplifier, a signal modulator, an image collecting/motion controlling/data processing device. The dynamic ion flow detection system provided by the invention can be used for solving the problem of inaccurate micro electrode signal collection caused by plane imaging, realizing the signal 3D detection, and providing a reliable tool for electrophysiology researches.
