The electron-microscopic study of myocardium in white mice subjected to the chronic immobilization stress, and with intraperitoneal administration of neoton, were carried out It was revealed that the chronic immobilization stress caused pronounced alterations in myocardium ultrastructure with formation of stable zones of myofibrils' ovcrcontraction with their partial scattering. Mitochondria condensation, areas of intracellular and interstitial edemata, blood vessels' spasm were observed also. It was established that application of neoton under analogous condition leaded to correction of stressor ultra-structural alterations in myocardium.
