A urinary leakage prevention device intended to be implanted in a patient, comprising: - compression means (1,3,4,5) of the patient's urethra, - electronic control means (2 ) for driving the compression means (1,3,4,5), characterized in that it further comprises measuring means (7) of the patient's activity coupled to the control means (2), means a controller (2) operating according to a predictive model of urinary leakage based on patient activity, in order to anticipate any urine leakage as a function of the measured activity of the patient.
