The invention relates to a novel vertical type thermocouple detecting furnace. A multi-section heating furnace body mainly comprises a vertical main furnace tube and auxiliary furnace tubes, as well as a horizontal hot base, wherein a heating hole groove is prearranged on the main furnace tube and is uniformly distributed outside a heating furnace tube, a small-diameter helical tube type heating wire can be arranged on the main furnace tube in a tube penetrating type winding way, and the helical intervals in the axial direction are sparse at the upper part and dense at the lower part to keep the maximum temperature area at the bottom; a multi-position temperature measuring hole groove is also prefabricated on the main furnace tube for three-dimensional multi-point temperature measurement;heating hole grooves are also prefabricated on the auxiliary furnace tubes which are sleeved outside the main furnace tube and are specially used for regulating the uniform temperature field and compensating the heat conduction loss of the thermocouple; and a heating hole groove is also prearranged on the horizontal hot base, and can arrange the small-diameter helical tube type heating wire in a cyclotron way and is specially used for regulating the maximum temperature point at the bottom. The multi-section heating automatic intelligent regulating technology is used for changing the heating temperature field, thereby quickly establishing a stable uniform temperature field; and moreover, after the detecting process is finished, the furnace body is quickly cooled, thereby ensuring the accuracy and the reliability of thermocouple detection.
