Recent Advances and Trends of Cephalosporins and Intermediates

The recent advances and trends of cephalosporins and their intermediates were reviewed,with focuses on intermediates of small-scale-cephems and the forth generation of cephalosporin.For future development,more concerns are suggested about cephalosporins such as cefaclor,cefixime,cefozopran,and the intermediates such as GCLE,7-ACCA,7-AVCA,2-(2-Amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid thiobenzothiazole ester.
