A review on anti-viral action of polysaccharide

Objective: To make a review of anti-viral action of polysaccharide and its mechanisms. Methods: The literature on the anti-viral action of polysaccharide and its mechanisms at home and abroad were collected. Results: Polysaccharide can inhibit the activities of many kinds of virus and has few side effects. Conclusion: Polysaccharide has a promising prospects because of the character of high efficacy and low toxicity.
